Rachell was wonderful. I needed to return the original hearing aids that were not the proper ones for my mother in law. Rachell helped me with that whole process. Awesome job

Small problems with the aids.

I was having trouble with the "squealing" noise in my ears, and also the echo when I tied to listen to the TV. My phone call just now will help me a lot. I will try what I was told to do. I am sure it will be better then.

Atom one Initial Opinion

I purchased the Atom one aids as an inexpensive option to see if I could use an in the ear aids due to my small ear canals. The small ear domes seem to be a little too large for a comfortable fit.
