Honest opinion

Since I have had the hearing aides in for only about three hours it is impossible to provide a meaningful rating when compared to a long time use review. But so far, they are excellent, especially when compared with my other older aides. I can now wear my glasses with no difficulty. They feel comfortable with very little desire to take them out. The quality of my hearing as compared to my other aides is better and I have NOT adjusted them yet.
What really helped was the review with Al. He explained some things that were not in the accompanying documents that not only relieved my concerns but really helped me to understand the device better. Without Al’s help I may not have decided to keep these hearing aids.

This is my second attempt at hearing aids. I tried another brand which was not what I was looking for as far as technical issues.This is simpler and easy to understand. I like the different modes !

Expectations Met. Great entry level hearing aid for someone who doesn't need RX hearing aids. I would recommend.

Jourdan was a big help with the few issues I had. He helped explain techniques and approaches to better hearing. I'm very happy with my time spent with Jourdan.
I do wish there would be a lower level than 10% volume on the Comfort setting. I feel the hearing aids are unrealistically biased toward a large treble increase. I tried the other mode settings and didn't hear a great difference between the modes. As an audiophile, I really don't feel the treble boost is realistic, and I personally do not think getting used to the massive increase in treble is a good long-term solution to my hearing deficiencies. One lower treble increase mode or a lower overall volume increase below 10% would be a much more natural sounding fit for those of us that don't need a huge increase.
That said, I do like the hearing aids, and will use them when I'm with other people in more crowded situations. I just don't feel

Economical and efficient hearing aids!

I received my Audien Atom One hearing aid a week ago and started reading the instruction booklet to know how to use them. I left them at the Volume and Frequency settings they came with and soon noticed how much louder my TV was, enough louder that I had to turn my volume on the TV down from 50 to 25. The hearing aids are comfortable, but AJ's guidance showed me how to best insert them so I will do that from now on. AJ explained everything well and the visual helps helped me understand everything better. This was a very beneficial session and helped me learn how to best utilize my new hearing aids. I am so grateful also that the Atom One hearing aids are so much more affordable that many that cost thousands of dollars!
