I was putting hearing aids incorrectly

Gave me a run down on using hearing aids o had them in incorrectly showed me the right way. Told me they were not water resistant. He did a great job. I will call him if I have any questions or issues.

Specialist called on his emailed appointment time. We discussed the hearing aid and how to adjust levels. Also talked about how to take care of the hearing aids.

I bought the hearing aid revealing that I do have seriously poor hearing. The aid just would not work for me. Audien team treated me incredibly well & I’d recommend Audien hearing devises with total confidence that they will help most hear much better.

Audien Atom One

We bought Atom One about 3 weeks ago. After adjusting to them we scheduled a conference to solve any problems. Al was assigned to us . We had a great and informative time. He was friendly, he was patient and he has good knowledge of the products. We concluded our time with him knowing if we have any troubles we can call and ask for him to solve them. The ear buds are sufficient to allow Dan to hear better than normal hearing. Now he can take part in family life again.

I bought these hearing aids less than a month ago & I love them there small fit nice in your ears no one knows u r wearing them so if your needing a pair please check these out you wont be disappointed

Drey Cueyao is doing an excellent job helping me to adapt to my Ion Pro hearing aids, somewhat complicated by my range loss profile and an earlier defective hearing aid. Still working on acclimation.
