Talking to the help guy, I couldn't understand him very well because of his accent.
The hearing aids themselves are good. They are somewhat bulky and somewhat visible. Over all i pretty satisfied with the product. I love the volume control fearure.

Thank you for the additional support. Hazel was very informative. She walked me through the process a pace that was comfortable for me. She answered all my questions and was very polite and patient.
