Travis was very helpful with an on going problem with my hearing aids. Each rep that I’ve talked to have been very helpful trying to solve my problem, but Travis may have knocked it out of the park! Heres hoping! I love my AtomX and would hate for me to have to give them up.

This part is an excellent hearing aid, I Have just found that I am not quite ready for a hearing aid. However, we will definitely go back to Audien H Gonna Hearing when I am ready.

Talked to AL about my replacement Atom Pro 2. The first one stopped working about 2 months in. He made recommendations to keep the ear buds healthy, using a Q-tip to clean the metal chips in the case and on the ear bud. I'm looking forward to keeping these for a long while.
