Great Features and Great Audien Reps

I bought these hearing aids in early October. I liked the fit very well after trying 2 different dome sizes. I had questions regarding the V and F. My 1st appt with Mary Monteron went very well and she cleared up my issues. Since then I discovered a sound that could be heard by people near me. Today I had appt with Anna May Cuyos. She knew actually what I described and showed me
how to resolve it. So far...so good. I was very impressed with both Audien Reps.

I accidentally really frustrated Ahmed, because my computer camera and audio was not working. He was kind enough to recommend talking to Alan who took care of all my problems in a very efficient manner with a simple phone call

Actually Atom Pro 2
Doesn't work for me especially because of the lack of Bluetooth. I originally ordered the Atom X that would have worked if they were not so big. They sent me these to try when I returned the Atom X on the basis that I was told that I would be able to use the phone easier because of the upgrades. Overall the quality was not much better than my Atom Pros.
