I was a little skeptical and worried that nothing would be able to help me. I have significant hearing loss and suffer from tinnitus. The device seems to help my hearing and disguise my ringing.

Ms Rokka was very easy to talk to and answered all my questions easily. She was very polite and helpful as this was only my second time to use this particular audio/video meeting app (Meet). She also stated that she would look into my receiving my replacement Atom Pro 2 hearing aids as soon as possible. She also explained my Audien insurance on my hearing aids.
I would recommend this to a friend!
