Tech desk was excellent, there was no phone number to call on any paper work in the box. I do not want to chat with someone on line, by talking to a person my problem was fixed in minutes.

One week ...and learning

I just received my Audien Atom X last week and spoke with Tyl this morning, going through all the initial settihgs and problems I might have since this is my first experience with hearing aids. Ty was very patient, thoughtful and understanding and gave me confidence I could overcome my problems of inserting and feedback! I appreciate her patience and am grateful to know I can contact her with any questions or problems I might have. I'm new to this, but am happy I made this decision to improve my understanding and hearing quality.
