I ordered this for my husband's birthday. He only wore them 3 days and one of the aids stopped working. He was pleased at first but was then frustrated. Rowell was very helpful when I called. Hope to have this resolved very soon.

I purchased the Atom X on 9/27/25. It is an excellent hearing aid. I'm sorry to say that I needed to return the hearing aid because my ear canal was too small and I was uncomfortable.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Very good Atom X and tech Jourdan

Had an appointment with Jourdan Rosero today and got several tips on the Atom X. Even better, he was patient and friendly, considering my PC does not have a camera or microphone. However I could view him fine and actual demonstrations. And he got me to purchase a good insurance policy that I hope to never use. :)
