I started wearing my Atom One hearing aids only yesterday and had issues with alternating feedback, first in one ear and then in the other. Al resolved this issue in minutes by explaining how to insert the hearing aids. He is a true professional and treated me like a friend. I will try to engage his services whenever I need assistance.

Upon receiving my atom 2 I had no difficulty with wearing this product and I love that it is already set to a level to begin with. I also am very pleased with the instructions and appreciate how informative it is.
