I've had some issues with the charging and draining of the left hearing aid, hopefully it will be resolved.

We called with questions about my mother's older style hearing aids. Rennay answered all our questions and took time to find the right solution for her. we were very happy with the call and Ranney.
Rennay checked and was able to upgrade her hearing aids.which should take care of the issues we were having.

Ion Pro: Love these hearing aids. They make everything sharp and clear and now I can understand my granddaughters! Wish I had gotten then sooner.
