The person that helped me was very good and professional. You need a better explanation of how to use your product. Still not sure I want to keep these. I will try again to under stand how to lower and raise the volume. Mr. Perry

finding the right hearing aid

The in ear works best for forward listening and overcomes some of the behind the head orientation of over the hear mikes, but I am still exploring its use for me. Looking for a low profile one for a small ear canal. Nice product, nice service. As the right fit for me I am not sure for sure.
