The hearing aid was great but just not for me,

The hearing aid looks real good. I was not comfortable with the feeling in my ear. I tried several times to see if i could feel better but that did not happen.

Jourdan was very helpful with much needed advice on keeping my hearing aids in my ear. We also discussed my options on upgrading my hearing aids. He was so kind to answer all my questions.

Excited to begin with new hearing aids

I bought these heading aids to replace old ones that were not functioning properly even after being repaired by the manufacturer. Jourdan was patient and took the time to explain each function of these hearing aids. I noticed the sound quality and clarity the moment I placed the hearing aids in my ears after following his instructions. This is day one and I've had the hearing aids in my ears for over 6 hours without and discomfort and plan to leave them in my ears until I retire tonight. Atom X were a great purchase, I ordered a second pair.

Great sound!

This is the second set of hearing aids I have purchased, and I am doing well with them. I have had other hearing aids costing in the thousands, and these are very comparable to those. Except for the fit (I have small ears) the sound is perfectly suited to my lifestyle. Will definitely let my friends and family know about the Audien hearing aids.
