Does the filtering job well,

Does the filtering job well, doesn’t take up too much counter space.
My first one lasted just under two years before failing. No accommodation from AquaTru such as a discount on the new one, or even a free filter. Hence just three stars. I wonder how long this one will last.

With the Exception of having to throw away a lot of water that is wasted every time you it filters and the red light comes on and have to refill it again, the machine does a nice job at giving you clean water that tastes good.

I'm impressed. It appears to be a well-made unit. Easy to use. Makes great-tasting water quickly and quietly. I'm glad the filters last a long time and are fairly economical to replace.

We LOVE this water purifier!! You can totally see the difference between the water before filtration and after. The taste is noticeable, for the better. Better tasting water, without all the chemicals etc, that you don't want.

I'm disappointed that the bottom roller was a separate purchase. It should have been included. I have purchased two units. If you want to make me happy, I would appreciate it if you would send me another base roller free of charge. Yes, I have recommended you to others which resulted in two more sales for you.

I trust the water is healthier. It tastes good. I am used to changing the tap water container often, yet it is tedious. I wonder when I should order filters and know that the life of filters varies; does the company notify us to reorder? Overall, I am pleased with having good water.
