It’s so nice to have chemical-free water for drinking, cooking and making coffee. We also give it to our pets. It tastes great and is so convenient to have on the kitchen counter. It is so easy to use. Thanks for a great product!

I love it except a water tank

I love water taste, but I had black mold in the hand of the water tank, and the thing is that it is very difficult to clean.. because the hand is not plain. I think this happens because the tank is fogging. Why it is fogging I don’t know.

The water tastes great. Nice not having to buy plastic bottles of water. I do feel funny pouring out the concentrated “bad” water.

It seems to always have one residual drip- even if I wait. I guess I feel safer. I probably should have bought the trace minerals, let me know if they go on sale.

Amazing price for reverse osmosis

To get a reverse osmosis unit that is so small for counter-top use that doesn't waste a ton of water is awesome. It's quiet and easy to use. The only thing I don't like is that the lid on the back container (the unfiltered container) doesn't come off. It makes it awkward to maneuver into the and out of the sink not sure why it was designed the way it was with the handle inside the lid. Washing out that container is very awkward and it's hard not to bang the lid into the faucet and sink, which worries me that it will break soon. The water tastes like water that has nothing in it. So you do need to add electrolytes/minerals back in.
