It seems to work well. It is relatively simple, convenient and fairly quiet. Unfortunately it takes up a bit too much counter space in my small apartment. Other than that it’s good.

Loved the first one. The second one is finicky, won't always start running when i put the carafe on. Have to mess with it or come back later and try again. Must be some connection issue.

Great water, contaminated tank could use some design changes

This is a great solution for healthy, clean water without any plumbing needed. It does take up some valuable counter space in my small kitchen, but it really does it's job and I'm very happy.
The only big complaint I have is regarding the contaminated tank. To preserve the life of the filters you need to empty the residual water each time; why isn't there a drain hose so you don't have to take everything out to dump it? It would be easier in my kitchen to just dump a pitcher of tap water into it than refill it at the sink for these next few reasons. It is bulky, and very awkward to hold. I have a hard time washing it and holding it when trying to refill it and put it back on the base. Rather than putting a handle inside the tank under the lid (which I can't hold as I set it on the base because there are cabinets above), why not a handle on the outside so it's easy to grasp while cleaning and moving? Just my 2 cents. If they fixed these features, I'd give an easy 5 stars.
I would still recommend it and purchase it again, the water itself is great and have had no real issues with the unit!

Cleanest Alakaline Water EVER

I've had my connect purifier for about 12 days and am impressed with the whole system. I live in a city where chlorine is common. I never realized how bad the water is until I used the AquaTru filter system. The first glass of water was a bit strange as I was so used to bad tap water. After my first filtered reservoir of alkaline water I was noticing something different. I actually enjoyed drinking full glasses of water. My mother whom detests filtered water due to funny tastes absolutely loves AquaTru water! I didn't even need to sales pitch. Her first glass and history was made!!! I will sell my possessions before giving up my AquaTru system!!!

Great filter but don't buy the wi-fi connected

Awesome filter, I love it. But, don't spend the extra money to get wi-fi enabled, the app is nearly non-operational and most features don't work whatsoever. I paid for this thinking I would get value out of it, but you can't reset filter life, and currently, the app doesn't even open. I don't think any engineers are even working on changing it either.

This is a good filter water tastes great, but it wastes water, it’s a super waste of a ton of water, it’s very flawed in that you have to empty like half the tank every time you have to fill it up to filter tap water.

Nice water purifier

I've had this for several months and it's great to have purified water and not have to buy it. You have to be careful when washing the purified tank to not get the two pins at the top of the handle wet or it stops working. I wish this had a better design. If I knew a carafe size was coming out I would have waited and bought that. I find it awkward to remove the larger tank and lift the unit when I want to move it, probably because I'm short and approaching senior citizenhood.
