We use it constantly. after using it awhile I became very sensitive to the smell of water directly out of the tap and noticed that smell was gone after filtering in the Aqua Tru. Now I use the filtered water for brushing my teeth too. The only thing that comes to mind about improving it would be that it doesn't hold enough water and I do spend a lot of time refilling and rinsing it out. Also at first I added water to the tank without throwing out the leftover water. So it appears we need to remember that adding fresh water to the tank needs to happen after throwing out the old water left in the tank.

Water tastes great, is easy to make... But there is always a LOT of water left in the main container that doesn't get filtered. That seems like a big waste of water.

It was too pricey for me. I wish the water tank was bigger to hold more water. I need to refill too often. I think I understand the wasted water also... I love having cleaner water.

Good overall product with a few exceptions

While I realize the health benefits, it doesn’t taste as good as either bottled water or refrigerator type filters. It does taste better cold but there is still a slight oily texture to it. I also don’t like that 3 inches of water is left in the unfiltered reservoir. I use it to water plants but it just seems like such a waste. As the unit is electric it should be able to process all but a minimal amount of water from the reservoir. Overall I’m happy with the purchase for the price...just passing on some areas that could use some improvement.

I waited a long time for a counter top solution to reverse osmosis water filtration and it was worth the wait. Aqua True is perfect for my daily water consumption needs.

Easy to use and fits on counter top. The water tastes “light” and “good”. I have confidence in it b/c of the reverse osmosis.

Omg I never thought water could taste this good!!! Going to order filters soon because I probably use this more than most I can't live without it, thank you for designing a great product. If Dr. Mark Hyman suggests anything, it's to the moon and back. If he jumped off a cliff, I would be sure to follow lol! Every house, office should own one of these!!!
