Excellent neutral tasting water!

Water tastes Neutral and fresh ! Runs really quiet. Just the sound of the pump I'm guessing.
I'm am bummed thw resivour and the dispenser are plastic and not glass. Especially for the price point. So I always dispenser the water into glass containers quickly after filtering.
That's why I bought a glass pitcher to store in the fridge. And reuse glass bottles.
I find the cost of the filters are reasonable compared to other CO's units.
Longevity is yet to be seen of both the filters and the filtering unit...

It's the second filter I have. The fact of not buying botled water and not trust it enough due to the petroleum residues from the water transportation and storage made me look for another alternative. And the reverse osmosis made it easyer for me. Also love the features of it.

Too much waste water

I dislike how many times I have to refill the tap water tank due to it creating so much waste water! We are a family of 2 and we refill the tank at least 3-4 times if not more! I wish it could hold more water (in a glass tank)

Worked great at first. The WiFi app sucked out of the gate and I. Less than a year the unit quit. Waste of money. Look elsewhere

The water does seem to taste better, but the family size does not feel like a family size water tank, I'm constantly having to refill it. I also feel like I'm wasting water that I have to throw away from the refill tank every time I refill it. Not sure if it can be used to water plants but from what it said maybe not.
