This machine is so easy to use! It's simple & very quiet! It only takes a few minutes for another gallon of water to be processed! Best price for a unit that gives gives clean water also!

Great filter

I love my aqua tru and use it for any water I intend to consume. I have been using mine since 2018 and use it all the time. The filter life is great and I found the price reasonable as I got it during one of their sales. That is also when I try to buy replacement filters and it has worked well for me. It provides me with a great sense of safety knowing I am using a product trusted by health industry leaders and advocates e.g. Mark Hyman and Erin Brockovich. Definitely recommend to friends and family!

Love my new unit! Takes a bit of time to get used to remembering to filter the water: like doing a batch before bed so you have a pitcher of water for coffee... Also I’d like some suggestions on what to do with the back flush water: is it safe for watering plants as long as you are not going to eat the plant? Or does it just have to go down the drain?

Having lead and mercury poisoning and being super aware of what I put in and on my body, I am relieved not to have to worry about the water I drink. How basic but SO important. Yea for AquaTru.

We have really appreciated having purified water. It's fast and dependable. Replacement filters arrived quickly. Overall, a great product. It would be great to have the mineral drops available. They have been on backorder for a while. At least alert customers when it's back in stock.

The AquaTru Filter System is a wonderful addition to our house. We don't have to buy and lug bottled water from the store to the car to the condo every week. Even better we are helping the environment. So much plastic pollution ruining our planet, and it is only getting worse by the year. AquaTru is a way to have clean good tasting water without contributing to this huge planetary crisis. Improvements: I think the water canister that you fill up with tap water could use a slight redesign, like being able to remove the top to clean it. I find pink bacteria growing in the crevices from time to time and cleaning the canister is not easy when you cannot remove the top. Also I think you could also improve the timing feature to signal when you need to change the filters. This feature has never worked properly on our model. But this is a great product. I fill it up 5 to 6 times a day for our family. I can't stand to drink tap water now.

Aquatru works great, but the filters don't last

I love the water that comes out of the Aquatru. But the filters don't last as long as they should. Especially the Osmosis one. I know that the water in our area is horrible. I also know that when your machine starts slowing down, then the your Osmosis filter needs to be changed. But only after two months? They are supposed to last two years. We have gotten so that we change out all of them at the same time, which is getting expensive.
