This is my third water purifier from AquaTru. Love them. We make water. Multiple times each day - wish we had the room for larger production unit than the countertop one, but we’re happy to have it.

I initially liked the unit,

I initially liked the unit, but the remote monitoring of the filters stopped working after a month or so. Now it says I have not used the unit in 3 months- just wants me to "reset" my filters to start over which defeats the whole reason I purchased the remonte monitorning of the filters. . I have spent hours trying to fix it following their videos and eventually give up. Very frustrating/ time consuming/ stress provoking.

Worked fine for few months,

Worked fine for few months, but After replacing the filters it starts giving fishy aftertaste. (like fish oils ) Flushed it about 7 times still same problem.
I bought 2 year pack of filters few months back, total waste of my money. Dont buy!!
