The water tastes so good! it's awesome! I really like it. Sometimes water does leak out on the side, but I think it could be us doing something. It doesn't always happen. I highly recommend it.

Drinking Myself To Health!

The device made very easy for us to upgrade our in-home drinking water. The water tastes better, and we feel better knowing so most of the forever chemicals. particles, and contaminants in the city drinking water are no longer making their way into our bodies. Highly recommend this device to anyone concerned with their healthy and longevity.

The design of this purifier is terrible.

The purifier itself seems to do a good job of purifying the water.
That being said, I hate everything else about it. The part where the water comes out is 6 inches from the counter that the purifier sits on, which means if you want to use this purifier with any glasses taller than 6 inches, you’ll need to put the purifier all the way at the front of the counter in order to be have your cups hang over the side of the counter so you have room to fill them up. That then wastes all the counter space behind the purifier when you pull it up to the front of the counter like that. Additionally the triangle design is terrible. If I want to put something next to this purifier on the counter, now that item (like a toaster or knife block) has to sit at a weird angle on the counter which is frustrating. Also since you need to lift the back tank off of the purifier to dump out the discarded filtered water, you either can’t put this on a counter that has upper cabinets about it (since you can’t lift that tank off the purifier) OR you have to pull it far enough forward on the counter and since you probably refill that tank at least once a day and the whole purifier is too heavy to move every day that means the purifier will sit at the front of the counter everyday which wastes all of the counter space behind the purifier. The finish on the plastic is cheap and scratches if you se anything on top of the purifier.

The design could be better in term of appearance. The reserve tank could be bigger. I’m constantly refilling the tank it’s annoying.
