Because of surgery I was

Because of surgery I was unable to lift 5-gallon water containers. The AQUATru water filter has been a perfect solution, which I will continue using & not return to the 5 gallons. Cleaning is systematic & very simple, especially if the water left after filtering is emptied immediately. If not emptied almost immediately, a thin little hard water line forms at the water line. The line is easy to clean with soap & water. I’ve already recommended the system to a family member who also purchased the filter.

I'm disappointed that the bottom

I'm disappointed that the bottom roller was a separate purchase. It should have been included. I have purchased two units. If you want to make me happy, I would appreciate it if you would send me another base roller free of charge. Yes, I have recommended you to others which resulted in two more sales for you.

Really like this machine. The water tastes wonderful. No taste actually, as it should be. Care is easy and we have it right next to the sink so filling and rinsing is convenient. Great product. I would buy again.
