[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I trust the water is clean, but the process is a little "clunky". It would be nice if the reservoirs were a little larger, but I understand that more water weighs more and some people may not like that. We'll see if the filters last 6 months.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently purchased an AquaTru water filter, but unfortunately I’ve been experiencing a persistent water leakage issue since installation. I carefully followed the setup instructions and made sure all components were fitted properly, yet I continue to notice a considerable amount of water accumulating underneath the unit.
It has only been 3 days since I started using the filter, and I’ve already had to repeatedly clean the area due to the leakage. Based on this experience, I believe the unit may be defective.
I would appreciate your assistance with either a replacement or a return/refund process at the earliest possible convenience.
Please let me know the next steps.
