I like having checked one very important item off my list of care for myself and my family. Although we have great water in our area, the county does add chloramine to our water. I have no complaints of AquaTru except that we go through so much water that we have to refill it 3-4 times a day - and it takes about 15 min each time. In order to refill all of my traveling water containers, I have to pour the water from the filtered water tank into a pitcher. I have to do this as well in order to fill my tea kettle given how the spigot is too low otherwise. This is no big deal, just another step. Would like info on the remaining water that has all of the elements- chemicals that were removed. Been using it on my plants on the porch and not sure that is the best safe use to be pouring into soil. I assume it is not safe nor advisable for use on edibles. I had to give a star rating for customer service, however, I have not been in contact with the company. All appears to be great!
Does a great job and water tastes great. The only problem is the tank design making it hard to clean. A good soak with Vinegar and water once a week reduces the scrubbing time.
