Extremely Unreliable

After 5 years of using this water filtration device, I’ve finally decided to throw it away.
It caused me stress and frustration for years, and because I had paid a lot of money for it, I felt forced to keep using it. While it does filter water well, the issues that come with it make it feel like a low-quality product overall.

From the very first months, I noticed it was leaking water. It would spill onto the counter, sometimes even soaking the entire counter overnight and dripping onto the floor. Waking up in the morning before work and having to clean up water and dry everything was honestly exhausting and frustrating.
Later, I discovered mold buildup in the connection area of the front tank, which meant I had to carefully clean it every three days. Over time, cleaning under the rubber part became difficult, and I believe this may have caused the front tank to no longer sit properly, leading to even more leaking.
I contacted the company during the first months about this leaking issue, but they completely ignored my emails and never responded. It feels like they are aware of a serious design flaw but choose to deny it.
If your mental peace matters to you, I would honestly not recommend this device. I even looked into another model from the same brand, but I’m now very disappointed and no longer trust them.

Must try great water filter

I love that it doesn’t require any plumbing installation, and the setup was simple. The water reservoir is easy to fill, and I feel confident knowing the filtration system removes many contaminants. It’s been a great investment for my family, and we drink much more water now.
