Very difficult to maintain clean

At first i thought It was working great, and now im noticing mold growing inside and around the hole areas where the water passes through. It’s very difficult to try to get into to clean, almost impossible! I’ve stopped using it for the sake of my health and cannot find a way to get in there to get rid of the mold. And this is after thoroughly cleaning the machine every single day stated on the directions.

Wonderful water!

I bought this for my daughter and son-in-law because they live in a home built in the 1920’s . I truly feel that every home should have a purifier these days, but especially the old homes. They both were non believers about water taste, but now have become water snobs! They now take their own water with them to work!

Peace of mind

We are temporarily in a rental house while renovating the new house. Our previous home had a whole house filtration system so I knew purified water was a high priority for this temporary house and this was the perfect solution! We have peace of mind knowing our family is drinking quality water!!

We have a RO water system at another place that is under the counter and decided to give this a try.
Its more time consuming than i thought and it uses more water than it gives. Makes me very aware each time i use it.
Still good quality but nor for more than 1 person’s use.

the water feel and look really pure

i accidentally leave the unpurified water in the unclean tank and after a week there were deposet all around it but not in the purified tank and the water taste great and the mineral feel authentic
