Lab tested, it works

I had my water from the filter lab tested. Mostly because I remineralize and wanted to be sure I was doing the right amount. But it works great. I have 2 pain points. 1. The capacity isn't very large. Our family of 4 fills it 2-3 times a day. And 2. We weekly clean both tanks. The fill tank gets tons of sediment and calcification build up and due to the design it is impossible to clean the corners. So knocking off a star cuz it's a PIA to clean and you can't get the corners clean. I've had it now for about 1. 5 months and the water tastes great.

I was a bit skeptical of a countertop RO system, but it has worked well and is easy to replenish. I also have a TDS sensor and I definitely see that the system is working well.

Refilling the tank several times as day is painstaking. I like the filtered water and the filter itself but this is the only thing I hate. If the intake and outlet of this version can be separated, it would be nice

Item makes great water. Easy

Item makes great water. Easy to use. After using however water is left in the wells on top where the tanks go into the base. This could grow mold. I have to turn it over to drain. Also dont know if there is away to clean these lines so mold doesnt grow. This should be addressed in materials.

I ordered one as a gift and it arrived broken. The filtering process would stop after only filtering 1/5th of the tank.

I love this product! My only wish was that both canisters were glass not plastic. I would also prefer if this product didn’t allow water to collect in front spout.

Overall great tasting water, no

Overall great tasting water, no doubt about it. But this isour second unit as our first one stopped working after about 4/5 years.
But this unit can only filter about 2/3 of the water you put in. The other third you have to discard as it contains the "backwash" with all the contaminants. Which means you have to refill the tanks very often. Not recommended for families of 4 or more, unless you are ok with constantly doing refills. I also wish they put the handle on the outside of the back tank. I don't want to have to wash my hands every time I reach into the tank to grab the handle and worry about getting germs inside the tank. I started grabbing the back tank by the sides to avoid this.
