I initially liked the unit, but the remote monitoring of the filters stopped working after a month or so. Now it says I have not used the unit in 3 months- just wants me to "reset" my filters to start over which defeats the whole reason I purchased the remonte monitorning of the filters. . I have spent hours trying to fix it following their videos and eventually give up. Very frustrating/ time consuming/ stress provoking.

It’s been about a month, and I am very happy with this! It tastes great and I have peace of mind that I have purified water now. I live alone so this model is perfect for me. I have it set by the sink so it’s easy to fill with the hose. I use the water to cook with as well so I fill this about 2-3 times a day. The set up was very easy.

After seven years of constant use, my first AquaTru quit on me. Was so pleased with the years if great performance and value that I immediately bought another. Best water filtration system!
