Perfect!! Taste makes me Want to drink water! Simple to use, clean, and fill. I love the purr it makes to let you know it’s filling. Very affordable and no question about when or how to change the filters. Still want to purchase extended warrantee if I’m allowed to. Works perfect but would miss it terribly if something happened to it. Can I still purchase it???

Anyone who knows me knows how picky I am about my Water. I love everything about this system. Water taste great, easy to use, doesn't take up much space, inexpensive machine and filters, seems small but I wouldn't want it any larger, I filters Water fast enough that I am never without.

It's easy to set up and easy to use. I only drink water from my Aqua True, even when I went on vacation I filled up several glass jars with water from my Aqua True to bring with me.

Great machine, horrible taste

Machine works easily and well, simple to maintain. I've only used mine a handful of times though in the months I've owned it because it makes my sweet, delicious, deep well water taste like vinegar. So I only use the output demineralized water in my household steamers, steam irons, and at least I don't have to buy distilled water for them. I know it works well and the safety is very attractive (removal of toxins, drug residues, chemicals, etc. ,) but I just can't drink the stuff. Merchant response to my review indicates the machine is not recommended for use with well water. I have not seen that in materials that encouraged me to purchase the unit. As a result I may well take advantage of the offered refund if a few more filtration cycles fail to yield tolerably tasty water for drinking, coffee, tea.

Excellent but refill could be easier

It works great, gives me piece of mind. I wish the refill was easier. It is way in the back which means every time I refill I have to push the whole unit to the side where I can access the refill unit. If it would rotate or something instead of having to push the unit against rubber pads it would be better.

Making my own " bottled water"

I love being able to filter my tap water. I live in a condominium that was built in the mid 70s and live on the 6th floor. Everything has been updated but the water pipes are original. My Aqua Tru filter system gives me peace of mind and the water tastes so good!
