Good and not so good

The good: it’s great to have a product that uses excellent technology to purify water of all the toxins. The NOT so great: the containers are plastic. This is not good as it’s equally important to rid our lives/bodies/world of plastics. Also, I find that if I have something smelly in my Refrigerator the water in the AquTru pitcher also in my refrigerator gets smelly. The pitcher has the cover on it. So how is the water picking up the smell?

Almost perfect

The on off button is in the back instead of front or side where you would remember to turn it off and it doesn't light up. The top of reservoir is hard to open. The only reason I purchased it is because Erin Brockovich endorsed it.

I love this product and the water tastes great. I wish it was easier to fill and could hold more because I use a lot of water. Its also a bit dificult to figure out the display and when i should be replacing filters that could be improved as well. Overall by far the best water filter I have used though.

Tab water is toxic for your health

Water tastes better and makes me increase my daily water intake I fill up the tank twice a day. Find that even with mild soap and water the tank does not look clean because I have hard water in my area. I also use vinegar to clean it. Had problem with ants getting inside the water tank so had to waste the water. Over all I feel it has been a good investment

What do you do with used filters???

I love the system but I am concerned about how big and clunky the 3 filters are. I can find no mention of how to recycle them in the manual or on your website. I am disturbed to think you expect people to just toss them into the landfill every few months!!!

Great product

Only problem is that the quantity level is small for the amount we use. I wish there was a detachable tube I could attach to the sink /faucet and the unit so I could drain and refill without lifting the “bucket” all the time. Product is great since I don’t have room for an under counter unit!

I PURCHACED A AQUA TRU 2 YEARS AGO AND IT MAKES THE BEST WATER I HAVE EVER DRANK.I USE IT IN MY COFFEE MAKER AND ALSO MY HYDROGEN BOTTLE.I READ ANY WERE FROM 2 PPM TO 8 PPM.IT REALLY FILTERS THE TAP WATER.I GOT ANOTHER ONE THAT WAS ON SALE AROUND CHRISTMAS.YOU CAN'NT GO WRONG IF YOU ARE INTERESTED IN A GREAT WATER FILTER. I feel like it is a good unit and does a good job. I also feel like the first part to diminish in function will be the dispenser button. It feels like it sticks on occasion.
