An excellent method of filtering water

So far, we are very pleased with the unit. We save money, and we stop adding more plastic to the landfills; we just refill bottles to take along with us. Making a clean 'batch' of water takes only a few minutes. The only problem is pretty unavoidable -- the inside of the tap water tank gets easily 'scored' by the chemicals in the tap water. Even vinegar doesn't clean it completely.

Value of AquaTru

Knowing that the purified water I’m drinking is so important to my health, I value my investment in AquaTru. The pros of my decision include the research that shows my machine eliminates a very high percentage of contaminants; the installation was easy; and using the machine is now part of my daily life. The cons are that the taste is somewhat bland, so I add coconut; I need to add minerals and nutrients to the water that are taken out in the process; and the size of the machine takes up a lot of space on my counter. Overall, though, I’m happy with the value of the machine.

My unit does not notify me (doesn’t light) when to replace the filters. Sometimes, it leaks after I washed both water containers. Also, we have tall glasses, and cannot get water directly due to height.

My health deserved only the best!!

As if I wasn't totally happy with my Aquatru unit,I recently received further confirmation of it's high quality after hearing Robert Slovak of waterandwellness. com and one of the pioneers in water filtration systems affirm on a Ben Greenfield podcast that Aquatru was his favourite counter top water filtration system. I'm equally happy that back then(almost 2yrs)I got my system at a discounted price and I`m sure that made the choice much easier to acquire it Since then my best friend -in-health got one and though the price has gone up since then it is still unquestionably worth every penny.

We live in Florida which has terrible water. Our AquaTru provides us with a steady supply of safe, clean great tasting water. I would be without it!

Batter than Any Bottled Water

What’s great is that I get the same delicious tasting, fluoride and chlorine free water as the bottled one I was drinking without all of the plastic bottles. It’s easy to use and the handle on the refill bucket is a genius move. I hope that they come out with a direct water line version as it does get a little tedious when I need a lot of water and have to refill over and over. I found everything I needed to know on their website so never had to call customer service so didn’t rate. Honestly, it’s Erin Brockovich’s endorsement that sold me on this and I’m so glad I bought it. I Definitely recommend you buy the perfect minerals drops to make your water taste better and be alkaline.

some problems

I like the fact that I am not drinking highly contaminated water. And the filters are priced good. The only complaint i have is that after two years, at times there is an over abundance of bubbles. When I start it up to make a new batch,a lot of bubbles come up and then it stops. I turn it off and on again and then it runs normal. Does this about every other time. Called several times and tried several things but it hasn't solved the problem. Not sure why all of a sudden this is happening when it didn't do this the first 2 years. I clean it every week religiously. Any suggestions? Margaret
