The water is what we hoped for

I feel like it is a good unit and does a good job. I also feel like the first part to diminish in function will be the dispenser button. It feels like it sticks on occasion.

Now my water tastes even better than the filtered refrigerator water and I can be confident most of the toxins have been eliminated. Easy to use too.

What do you do with used filters???

I love the system but I am concerned about how big and clunky the 3 filters are. I can find no mention of how to recycle them in the manual or on your website. I am disturbed to think you expect people to just toss them into the landfill every few months!!!

Love the water system & taste is amazing. But it’s tall & hard to fit under counter. So need to pull it out some & I find the back tank that has “bad water” is hard to lift up & out. I seem to have to wiggle it a lot & lift & pull up pretty hard to get it out of slot.

It is great to have such high quality water within a few minutes. I use it for cooking too. There is fluoride in my water as well as chlorine among other things, so glad to avoid this without leaving my house.

It took awhile to receive it. Would have liked to know by email that it Was On backorder. I finally received it and it is easy, great quality, and great tasting water. Instructions are easy to follow as well! Thank you aquatru!
