They should really address the app connectivity issue that dampers the joy of using this wonderful product. Still waiting here after several months of failed attempts.

I don’t know what was in the water before but after using the aqua tru I notice a difference in taste of the water. Love this product absolutely worth the investment! Love love love!

Fits perfectly on my counter. I drink a lot of water, I am always filling it. This version does not have a smart feature though.

The quality of water is noticeably and significantly better tasting than the bottled water I used to purchase and saves me from the negative effects of bottled water. The cost of the purifier was recouped within a few months of not having to buy bottled water. There really is no reason to not have this product.

This is a very handy and good water purifier

I have used my water purifier for about 7 months now and it seems to work great. The water tastes great, no after taste or smell of chlorine at all. I am so glad I do not have to go buy the big heavy packs of water bottles anymore. Cuts down on plastic waste massively. I can recommend the Aqua Tru water purifier without any qualms.

I have a question, why is the nos. 1 and 2 that cycles through regeneration lights up at the same time after I changed the pre filter. It used to be the cycle started at 1 then 2 and so on but now 1and 2 lights at the same time during regeneration. Thanks.

Doesn’t create drinkable water

I’ve ran many gallons of water through the filters and the water still tests in the red unsafe) with my water tester. To make sure the reading was correct, tested green with bottled water (store bought). Don’t use it…waste of money!
