Great machine

I really love this water filter. I have the piece that remineralizes and the water tastes absolutely great. I've had it now for about 10 months and it's a great workhorse. My biggest issue is that on occasion water leaks from The filling tank all over my counter. Every time I refill it I am sure to make sure that it's fully settled into the base but no matter what on occasion it's still leaks. I appreciate the size given that my kitchen is pretty small but I would love it if the water tank was bigger. But I know that's a balance between being too bulky and being perfect for the counter.
All in all I'm very happy with my purchase and absolutely would purchase it again. I've saved so much money on water but also ensured that I get the minerals that I need and no extra microplastics from the bottles.

Very difficult to maintain clean

At first i thought It was working great, and now im noticing mold growing inside and around the hole areas where the water passes through. It’s very difficult to try to get into to clean, almost impossible! I’ve stopped using it for the sake of my health and cannot find a way to get in there to get rid of the mold. And this is after thoroughly cleaning the machine every single day stated on the directions.

I love the app connection for this filter! It’s so nice to know exactly when I need to change out the filters as well as what my tap water levels are looking like. I have old pipes in my house and I often end up getting strong smelling,slightly brown water in my sinks. This filter cleans out the smell and the color is crystal clear. Tastes great i highly recommend. The only down side is the small tank but it will filter the water so quickly for you that it isn’t much of an inconvenience. It also fits on my small counter tops so nice.

Will be getting rid of it and have used for about 6 months. Maintenance is annoying, have to constantly fill the tank etc. just spend the money and invest on a faucet RO system instead

I love everything about this water system! The water in my area is not good and I was tired of buying plastic. This system solves everything!!! I’m coming up on 1 year of having it and I’ve only had to replace 2 filters thus far. My only complaint is the length of time it takes to get a replacement and the lack of communication from the company in regards to the order. No tracking info is sent. The unit arrives quickly! The filters, not so much.
