Filters great but leaks

The filtered water tastes great but the spout where you get the water out leaks really bad after each use. Very disappointing since we haven’t had it even a year!

Water filters made the water taste terrible and it made me feel awful

For some reason the water filters that I received kept putting some kind of contaminant in the drinking water. Every time I drink the water I felt awful afterwards. I had to stop using the unit all together. i’m disappointed as I hurt so many wonderful reasons about this product.

Love my AquaTru!

I have the "Connect" and love how it notifies me when it's time to add more water. the water tastes great and pours fast. I purchased a second pitcher to keep one cold in the fridge. Also highly recommend the sliding tray to bring the AquaTru closer to the edge of your counter to pour (for large water bottles, etc. )

I love everything about this water system! The water in my area is not good and I was tired of buying plastic. This system solves everything!!! I’m coming up on 1 year of having it and I’ve only had to replace 2 filters thus far. My only complaint is the length of time it takes to get a replacement and the lack of communication from the company in regards to the order. No tracking info is sent. The unit arrives quickly! The filters, not so much.

I love it…. I would like the left over water chemically tested. I don’t know how tell when you need a new filter?
