I really like this neat purifier, the only thing I don’t like is that when it stops there is a lot of waste on water, why can’t it waste less?

I've had the counter top unit now for a couple of weeks. Absolutely love the taste of my water and would not go back to a non-reverseosmosis system. That being said, I'm not fond of the dispenser. I get water on the floor way to often from my bottle not aligning with the spout. I do like how quickly it comes out but there is no indicator where the water will come out. You can see ( picture 1) when you look straight on you see nothing. How do you know where to put the waterbottle (that we refill)?
As you can see in the 2nd picture the spout is slightly recessed. The unit just doesnt work well. I'd return it, BUT it's all about the taste of the water, and that is definitely GREAT!!! And if you want to call it an upside....my kitchen floor in that area is very clean from wiping up the water.

This was such an easy set up. It’s literally plug and play. I clean it weekly as recommended but it’s as easy as washing a dish. No tricks to it

The purifier tank is advertised as holding a gallon of water, but in reality, it only filters about 3/4 of a gallon. This discrepancy is a bit frustrating, as the marketing led me to expect a full gallon of filtered water. That said, the purifier itself functions adequately and does its job, though the capacity shortfall is a huge letdown. If you’re okay with slightly less filtered water per use, it works fine, but clearer advertising would have been appreciated.

Leaky Problems

I bought the AquaTru countertop RO in 2018 along with an extra pitcher so I could keep one in the refrigerator. Both pitchers started leaking and I was advised to buy a new unit. So I bought a new one and the new pitcher leaks all over the shelf in the refrigerator now. This is so frustrating because I apparently did not need to spend the money on a whole new unit. The water is great but the constant mopping up of leaked water is annoying.
