Everything has been fine except

Everything has been fine except the spout, it leaks every where whenever handling the dispenser tub or pouring a gas and use the slide rack, it drips water all over the counter.

Water waste

Too much wasted water each week. Even with transferring the waste water into a container for plant watering in the apartment, the water waste is a lot. Disappointing. I’m not convinced this unit would be a good gift for friends/family who live in apartments. Washing the containers and refilling them in small apartment sinks is awkward/not easy.
I really like the concept of the counter top unit. I just wish there was less wasted water for environmental reasons and because water prices continue to go up.

Save water, trip and gas

It has been a month now we used seem taste different than tap water. No more fill 5 gallons water from store and carry into home. Now from sink save us gas, trip and time

We Love It

Best purchase of 2024! It delivers fresh clean water every day. Our water in NJ tastes and smells weird (the state government is aware) and they tell us it's safe to drink. Now we don't have to worry about it either way have our own clean filtered water with no bad smell or taste!

Good enough, but not the best.

First of all, the water is delicious. There's no doubt in my mind that the filtration process is exactly as described, because I can taste the difference, tap vs filtered side by side. It's really great.
The reason I'm giving 4 instead of 5 stars, is because it's a bulky counter item (which I anticipated), that doesn't produce a lot of water. 1/4 of the filtration tank never actually gets filtered and that 1/4 of water has to be dumped before you refill.
If you're someone like me, who drinks 10+ glasses of water a day, I am dumping and refilling that chamber multiple times a day. As a single person, I'm going to make it work, but there's definitely no way I'd get this for a family. Way too little water, and too much of a hassle.
