bought these about 2months ago and they’re great. got them becuase my other ones were bothering my piercings and these don’t do that at all. they’re lightweight, compact and easily chargeable.

Bought a set in January, they were fine until last week. One side stopped working but customer service was great and I already have a replacement.
Sound is OK, not great and volume is very weak. All said, they are fine for the price and with good CS, I would recommend.

poor sound and fit.

product is ok. set up is easy. My complaints are about the sound and fit. The sound is very bad most likely because the fit is not good. For the music to sound correctly I must push down on the ear buds so that they fit into my ears. This or course is not a solution that I can live with. At this point, after having purchased these I find that I am still in the market for some workout wireless speakers.

No bass, not loud enough

The "earbuds" are not "Loud Enough!" I cannot hear any "Bass" on them!

Try running switching the eq mode to bass boost if you have not done so already. Triple tap either left or right touch sensor while playing audio. If you need further assistance, please feel free to reach out to us anytime via support@jlab.com
