DOA will not charge, on bud dead

I received what i assume is a defective pair? Has been plugged in for 1.5 days and indicator light still not showing fully charged. Only one ear bud ever worked... I submitted a return claim, so hopefully that will work out. Not really confident about an exchange, concerned I'll get a pair that works just long enough to be outside of the return window.

Constantly disconnecting from my iPhone

I’ve been through four pairs of these earbuds - the original pair I purchased and the three replacements JLab sent me. All of them disconnect from my iPhone whenever there’s outside interference. Bluetooth and wifi use the same frequency, so in order to avoid interference issues, most Bluetooth products are programmed to jump to different frequencies when interference occurs so there is no interruption. Unfortunately these earbuds don’t do that.
When I use them at home or in my shop, they work great. However when I’m working on a job site with lots of wifi running or walking down the street past certain businesses or neighbors homes, whatever I’m listening to will stop playing, whether it’s downloaded onto my phone or streaming, it doesn’t matter. These earbuds don’t jump to a different frequency. Whatever I’m listening to just stops playing. This doesn’t happen with my Bose Wireless or my JBL Bluetooth speaker. It only happens with these earbuds and it’s absolutely maddening.
I super appreciate JLab sending me a replacement pair three times. I genuinely do but since they all still have the same problem, it hasn’t helped. And since I bought the earbuds from Best Buy, JLab won’t issue me a refund, they just offer to send me more earbuds but I already know what that will get me.
I also called and spoke with a customer service rep in February and we had a long conversation and he promised me this issue would be looked into and someone would call me back. No one did. For your sake JLab, I hope you recognize the importance of resolving this issue. I tend to not leave negative reviews but potential customers should know the limitations of these earbuds before buying them.

Right earbud does not work.

The charging case was not recognizing the right earbud when I placed it in the charger so I don’t think the earbud is charged. After several attempts at taking it in and out of its cradle, it finally recognized the earbud..but once it stops blinking blue, I take it out thinking it will work and it doesn’t light up that it’s ready to be paired with my phone. It’s either a faulty battery in the earbud or something is wrong with the charger. The left earbud works great and sounds good, but I’ll have to exchange it for a working pair.

Bad construction

I liked the integrated charging system. Sound was good and it was comfortable. However the rubber ear wrap broke off after four months of use.

Not for Sport

Comfortable & visually nice product, but from my experience these earbuds are not for any ‘sport’, they’re extremely fragile with sweat or moisture.
My first pair lasted me about 3 months before an earbud gave out. I went thru the process of reordering a replacement pair with warranty credit.
Then the second pair I was very cautious to keep dry and completely dry out before charging… but not even 2 weeks later, 2 runs in cool weather… both stopped connecting, stopped charging. I Couldn’t reset after a full case charge, and was relieved to throw them in the trash.
Unless both sets of mine were product defect…. These are poor quality and not the choice for any level of sport or exercise.

Good product, but one issue, volume is low

First of all, this is a great value. The quality of the actual music on this product is great, I personally like the signature equalizer setting. I love that the pairing is easy, it has a built in USB-A cable, comes with eartips for a better fit, and it never falls off.
The problem with this product comes from it's volume. It claims to be able to get to 103 db. I don't believe that to be the case, I'm comparing this to Apple PowerBeats pro. I've tried all the eartips on the Go Air Sport, fit is not the issue. At 80 db volume on PowerBeats pro, it's louder than Go Air Sport at it's max volume of 103db. I'm not sure how to explain that. Why would I want high volume at times? To drown out volume in the gym. Sometimes people around me are talking, banging weights, etc. At a low volume, I can hear my music and I can hear them. I wish, I could just hear my music alone.
I've reached out to customer service, they come back with a auto response and then never actually respond. Presumably they are too busy, I'm sure this product is selling well given it's price point.
This is a great product that I desperately wanted to LOVE, if it didn't have an issue with low volume, I'd give it 5 stars.

Well I have to say they are okay but I can’t figure out how to change the EQ when my other JLabs that was $49 in white you can feel when you press the button not these but they fit great into your ears !!’n
