Loving the device and great Customer service!

I originally bought a Go air sport in a local store, after three months of happily using the device, one of the ear piece stopped pairing. So I contacted support for suggestion and got very prompt response and most importantly replacement device, all the way from United states to Ireland (with free shipping and everything). The shipping cost itself would be higher than the device cost but support team did that anyway. So impressed with that and I will be a lifetime repeat customer for the products.

Decent Earbuds, Absolutely NOT “Sport” Earbuds

I have purchased two of these “sports” earbuds over the last month or so and they are one the most unreliable products I have ever bought. For the first pair the right earbud stopped working after 3-4 weeks and did not respond to any troubleshooting or re-pairing that the manual says to use. It appeared to short out due to my sweat as there are marks near where the earbuds charge. I bought a second pair and the left one broke mid-workout just two weeks later! It has been just as unresponsive to troubleshooting. These headphones work alright but they are absolutely NOT sweat-proof! For the second pair I would routinely take them out of my ears and wipe them down just to be safe and they still broke. Extremely disappointing. It’s one star because I could not give any lower.

Can NOT use tap feature

This product is impossible to use when you are talking about the touch feature. I can only pause or change the volume on my actual phone, which is completely useless for me while I am trying to work and navigate the earbuds.
