Excellent 2 year warranty!

I bought these last year and one of them stopped working. I reached out to the JLab support and they had me show proof of purchase and proof of damage, then provided me a warranty towards a replacement pair of the Go Air Sport headphones. I love these headphones for exercise and was very pleased with the 2 year warranty when one stopped working. I would purchase this brand again.

BEST experience with these earbuds and JLab!

I received these earbuds as a replacement for an earlier pair with a malfunctioning charging case. The JLab team went out of their way to be helpful and process this as quickly as possible for me (an international customer). The earbuds themselves are great- economical, reliable, and stay on and work great through runs in incredibly humid weather. Super job, JLab!

So sorry to hear of the troubles : ( Try running through the following reset. If it does not work, we sent you an email to get them replaced under warranty.
1. Keep the earbuds in the charging case and forget “JLab GO Air” from your Bluetooth device settings.
2. Quick tap 7x on one earbud in charging case. Earbud blinks blue 3 times.
3. Quick tap 7x on other earbud in charging case. Earbud blinks blue 3 times.
4. Take both earbuds out of the charging case. One earbud will be solid white and other will blink blue/white indicating ready to pair to your device.

Right Earbud Stopped working

Worked really well for about a month until one day the right earbud just stopped working. Still not sure what happen but I’m using the warranty to try another pair.

Well designed

I bought these at target. I was expecting them to be bad because they're so cheap but they're actually a very well designed product. I really like that they can cut costs and charge faster and save weight by using contact points rather than wireless charging like airpods. The USB charging is also super practical because I use them mainly with my laptop. Overall a very well designed product.
