Earbuds Stopped Charging

They worked fine for the first couple weeks of use, but have since stopped charging.
I put the earbuds in the case and they don't turn off like they did at first. I have to take them out and put them back in a few times for the case to recognize them and start charging. Afterwords, however, they turn back on inside the case and automatically reconnect to my phone. I've tried making my device forget the earbuds so they won't reconnect, but that only works a third of the time. I've also let them run out of battery before attempting a recharge in hopes to reset it somehow, but it only charged to 80% in a few hours. I've made sure that the case itself is fully charged, so by all means it should work.

These just came in the mail yesterday and I have loved them so far! Great audio quality and fit really well in my ear. Definitely a steal with the current price tag.

Just what I needed

I bought these ... actually two sets. One for me and one for a gift. I LOVE that availability of different colors. I have already gifted the other set and we have both been using them for a couple of days now. I have had a little bit of trouble getting my earbuds to pair with my iPhone. I think my giftee also had that problem. I found a workaround, so I am not too worried about it. Other than that, they have been perfect for what I need. I haven't had the chance to try them out while doing exercise or other perspiration inducing activities, but I have had other JLAB earbuds that caused no trouble during those activities.

First set of GoAir Sport unfortunately had some issues (one earbud wouldn't charge), and the claim procedure was swift and fair. Now proud owner of an awesome product, and more to come.

Lovely upgrade from Jlabs Go Air Pop

They work so beautifully. They have wonderful bass, they feel and look fantastic, and they last for a very long time. I'm so used to working with Jlabs and their products, I'm always impressed by them. My only downside is the earbud tips like to pop the earbud out of my ear and this soft buzzing the earbuds do with my songs or videos stop playing.
