Love them I just must have small ears.

I got these as a Mother’s Day gift to myself since my kids have four legs and fur. I use them at work to make my nights go by quicker. They stay in great. Only thing is I must have really small ears cause even with the smallest caps on my ears still hurt after about an hours worth of wearing. Then I have to take them out for a bit before using again.

Awesome earbuds

I started with JLab years ago so far I have had no problems well other then my earbuds stop working but that's after 3-4 years of constant use so far the quality only got better in my opinion considering the price

4th and final pair since March'23

On my 4th pair, unfortunately last chance with this model and guess the brand. Argos have kindly swapped hassle free under 30-day guarantee. Generally, nice fit, good sound, easy to use features with a sturdy build quality for money, and easy to pair with iPhone. BUT!!! the right ear bud always stops pairing and charging suddenly, all 4 times same issue, and tried all troubleshooting, nought recovery. I use them for running, sometimes up to 13 miles, spec does indicate IP55 protection and buds called "sport" so assume should not be an issue!? but wondering if the long runs and sweat may be causing the problem.? Shame, as all other features/price real value for money but guess to good to be true. Final note, a friend has a pair but only used for train journeys to and from work, and he would give a 4.5, never had an issue and sound adequate over travelling noises.

Bad for phone calls while exercising

I found that when using these earbuds to run, the microphone was rendered inaudible: if I was running, I couldn't be heard by the person on the other end of the call due to feedback.
When I contacted JLab support about this, they explained that this was a feature of the Go Air Sport, because this model does not have an ANC feature to prevent this from happening.
So based on my experience and the above product clarification, I would not buy these if you are looking for, as I was, a "Sport" earbud that allows you to "power through your hardest or easiest workout" with a microphone that "ensures clear calls," as the product copy describes.

So sorry to hear of your experience. True, they do not have noise cancelling, however, call clarity should be clear without it. Not as good as when you step up the product line. Tinny sounding

First ever earbuds

Solid Earbud for Sports

Bought my go air sports a while ago and bought my wife’s epic air sports for Christmas. Very happy with the product and have recommended to several others. The fit on my GO air sports aren’t as good as my wife’s so that’s why I have 4 stars.
