Good Sound

I have used these so far while riding my motorcycle. The sound quality is great and the ear hooks work great when taking my helmet on and off.

Failure to charge

My 1st pair were amazing! I miss placed them and ordered the exact same product except this time the left ear buds wouldn't charge. I then was issued a replacement pair and same issue occured. Only right ear buds would work. Thankfully I found my original pair but it is quite frustrating for sure that the 2nd set does not work appropriately

Only One Bud Works

I purchased mine on sale numerous months ago. Since purchase I have only been able to get 1 bud to work. I thought I was losing my mind, until I read multiple others reporting the same problem. Is there a fix? No fix and I should just dispose them? Save your money or you may be a disappointed as us.

Sorry to hear of the troubles : ( we do have a a reset that may fix what you are describing. 1. Keep the earbuds in the charging case and forget “JLab GO Air” from your Bluetooth device settings.
2. Quick tap 7x on one earbud in charging case. Earbud blinks blue 3 times.
3. Quick tap 7x on other earbud in charging case. Earbud blinks blue 3 times.
4. Take both earbuds out of the charging case. One earbud will be solid white and other will blink blue/white indicating ready to pair to your device. If the reset does not fix the issue, let us know. I will be sending you an email to respond to. We may also be reached via support@jlab.com

Earbuds are not good for running

Earbuds look good, but unfortunately I cannot run with them. The volume changes and calls are started randomly while I am running.

Great for exercise

Bought almost 2 months ago to listen to music while I jump rope, and it has worked out fine. The earbuds stay put in my ears, thanks to the wire loop that goes over the outside of the ears. I haven't had to recharge them yet, although I am only jumping for 15-20 minutes at a time, about 3 days a week.

Fine performance - Stays in place

In the last month since I bought the JLab - Go Air Sport Air Buds; it has lived up to almost all of my expectations. Once I got used to slipping them on, I found that they stay safely attached to my ears, while I'm vigorously exercising. The sound quality is quite good, once you find the sweet spot for the rubber cups.
The only drawback is that my iPhone is almost at its maximum volume setting for comfortably loud volume, with little reserve. This means that, with low volume recordings, there is little room for boosting the volume.
Otherwise, it's an excellent solid package, and a phenomenally good buy.
