Awesome Service and Product

Had a charging issue with my last pair, but it was covered under the warranty (pretty painless). Just got my new pair! Haven't used them more than a few times but they work so well! I have small ears and these are the only earbuds I've found that stay in place! Thanks!

Ear buds vs air sport

Purchased ear buds first for myself and my sister. Great sound with buds but very difficult to get out of case and fix in ear. Have now received sport buds and they are fantastic. Great sound, easy to set in ear and love the ear hooks for yard work. Now have to replace my sister’s buds for the sport buds!

Never worked

Got these 2 months ago. Wanted these to work but tech support and a new set and still not working. Not worth further time and frustration. Finding a different brand.

Don't Leave Home Without Them

I just rec'd my Go Air Sport True Wireless Earbuds. And they work great. First set of anyones earbuds that work as the mfg says they will. I only wear my left one because I am totally deaf in my right ear and these Buds are now my BEST BUDS ! Thank you JLab

Great Warranty Response

JLab stood by their 2 year warranty guarantee. Although I don't agree with the replacement warranty, all places do the same so they are just going by the standards. Nonetheless I will continue to purchase JLab products because I've tried many others and JLab is by far the best and are very reasonably priced!
