Left earbud doesn't work

Out of the box doesn't work, tried troubleshooting with powering on and off and charging to full. This is the second pair with the same issue. Very disappointed

Great sound

Bought a set a week ago, used the right one for two walks decided to use both. left one was DOA called and received replacement in a few days later, nice to deal with a company that stands behind their products!

Didn't last

Bought these a few months ago. Don't use them much so didn't have a need to charge much. Charge was low and notice that my phone would connect to them even when they were in the case, what is that all about. Tried to charge them again and discovered that they won't take a charge. So a wast of my money even thought they weren't very expensive.

Will not power on out of box.

Case is charged but earbuds will not produce light. Obviously wont connect. They are brand new and I cannot get them to work one time.

Only one working earbud

My replacement pair only had one working earbud. The additional pair I bought only has one working earbud and I still haven't heard about my warranty claim.

They could be great

On my 2nd pair now after 1st pair the right aer decided to stop charging. This pair now seem to want to do things automatically. Volume and stop playing when I have a hat on. As a greenkeeper I wear a hat of some description 99% of the time. Bought to replace an old set with a button press activation and in my line of work are much more practical. I had the full battery on my new ones and then had them die after 90 min. which is what happened original pair. I don't hold my breath that these will see the new year.

GO for It!!!

I am so blown away! Everything about the Go Air Sport earbuds are awesome!! Fit, sound quality, and durability are unsurpassed at this price point. I have small ears, so comfort is usually a struggle for me but not with these! I purchased the Go Air Sports for working out with the hopes they would survive my daily grind. I would love to have ANC in these going foward for an increase in cost. Absolutely love them! So glad I made the right choice. Also, JLab customer service is top notch. I appreciated their help with regard to my questions. If you are looking for earbuds for the gym and perhaps your ears are on the smaller side, then look no further! Go for it with the Go Air Sports!!!!
