Lost faith

This earbud is better than last epic earbud that I can hear sound from the right earbud but I still cannot control anything on it - no volume up, no play, no answer, no hold.... The left earbud works fine like epic one. So I gave up.

Great sound and stay on!!

This is my third pair of one type or another ear buds. Nothing was working before especially falling out. My sport buds, purchased at Walmart for $30 are fabulous.
They stay put, fit my small ears, and sound is perfect for my bad hearing listening to audiobooks. Love them!

They will not pair with each other

I bought the earbuds a week ago and cannot get them to pair, I’ve tried using the trouble shooting recommendations multiple times and they won’t pair.

Great ear buds

The products themselves are good. I'm a little concerned because now I've already had to replace 3 pair but they're good for what I need them for. I still need to be. Able to get into my account to register them and I can't do that either.

Easy to use.
Sounds perfect in any type of environment.
Very light to wear that you forget you have them on and they stay on whatever you do, I am no longer worried that would fall off my ears, thanks to the integrated hook.
Always full power ( 8 hours/ earbud ) when you take them out of the case.
I’ve had them for a week already. Use them when walking the dog.( At least one hour a day). I haven’t recharged the case yet. So with 32 hours available of charge they would last at least one month before recharging. Very very happy, finally, with my purchase.
