Stay on your ear!!

I love these.. This is the 2nd pair..I lost my charger and one bud, while I was running my dogs.. waiting till get more until I found these again .I got the lime green. Love these

Perfect! Quick communication & resolution

Not very comfortable

I had high hopes for these especially since my last pair stopped working so with my warranty I got this pair. Unfortunately they hurt my ears :(

They are ok. Sound is a little Tinny but they are comfortable and stay in my Ears for exercise. The only thing is after time one ear bud stops working. This has happened to multiple sets now. It is frustrating to have to keep getting them warrantied.

Sounds and feel great

I like them. Id recommend them. The noise cancellation works great at the gym, but without playing music you can hear around you. Just wish the cloud foam was the same color. It only comes in blue

The support process was great, fast and with focus on customer satisfaction. But the packaging was poor. Gladly the product charging case is hard and handled the product package smashing & ripping damage.

Out of the box only one earbud works

Right out of the box I can only seem to get the left ear bud to function. The right ear bud will only light up when doing the 7x tap reset. It won't flash or light up for anything else. I'm hoping I can get a replacement so we'll see how the customer service is.
