After using Jlab earphones 1 month

FANTASTIC!!! I decided to get the earbuds with the semi circle to go behind my ear to hold them in place a bit better for active wear. They are extremely good and even better than I had expected. I can't say enough good about them. I can put them in my ears and put sound attenuators over them (Mickey Mouse ears) and even mow the lawn and hear the music perfectly. They are outstanding and the controls are easy to get along with and they are very responsive.

worst JLAb earbuds i've owned

I have owned multiple pairs of JLAb headohones and earbuds, I recently bought these earbuds and I hate them, they are not very loud and were worthless on an airplane

Right Earpiece doesn't work

I bougth these and the right earpiece would go from 100% battery to 0% in 20 minutes.. yes, I timed it. I emailed them and they gave me credit so I ordered a new one and the right piece again didn't work. The left one works well, but now the right one just says "Jlab on" on repeat. I was very excited for these earphones but now I'm very disappointed.

50-50 chance of working properly

I had one pair of these that worked great, no problems & liked them a lot. I've lost or misplaced them so replaced them with the same thing. I should've paid attention to the reviews and gotten something different instead. The 2nd pair I had the right earbud wouldn't connect or work no matter how many times I tried the solution to get them to pair together and to a device. Nothing. Sad because I really liked the bright color of the yellow/lime green. Frustrating because I didn't discover it wouldn't work until I was away from home for a workout. You take your chances that both earbuds will work with this product apparently. JLab does get good marks for their warranty claims. They will work with you to refund your money for the product if it doesn't work.

Two pair of earbuds. Both failed. Cannot recommend

-Worked fine for a few months, until one earbud failed. Was informed because a certain amount of time had passed, they could not refund me due to PayPal regulations? Baffling. -Earbuds replaced under warranty, however one earbud was non-functional upon arrival. Asked JLab to cover return shipping this time and was denied. Opted to keep one functional earbud and cut losses. -These are meant to be the value option, but not if they simply won't work. IMO better to seek other option.

One of the ears don’t work.

I waited 2 weeks for these and the left ear doesn’t even work, i’ve charged them all night. The right one works but the left one does not. I’ve bought other ones from here as well and those are great, I’m disappointed and I will be requesting a refund.
