first pair didn't work

I ordered a pair and when they came they didn't work at all, would not turn on, the charging case would charge but no luck with the earbuds, got a replacement and now only one ear bud works. very disappointed

Highly Reliant on The Case

Most of the JLab products I've had in the past I've had no issue with activating on the fly and hit the buttons to turn on as I head to work. These however, turn out to rely on activation via pulling out the CASE and you must connect immediately. Otherwise they're just going to sit there in your ears until theyre taken out the case again. Odd design, hope other models don't go through this same process.

That is a limitation within the go line of products : ( they are dependent upon the case once they time out. Once you move up the product line, you will find there to be less limitations with chip sets that can accommodate more features. I bought these headphones maybe two weeks ago . Not bad for $25. I kept loosing my apple air pods . I’m not mad at finding these. Long battery life so far . It has a secure hold so it would be great for the gym.
