Great earbuds

I have just started to use the Go Air Sport earbuds and I love them. The sound is so seamless, I can't tell I even have them on. Wonderful with the ear attachment to keep them on my ears while I work out. I highly recommend them for that reason.

Replacement Earbuds

My prior ear buds would not hold a charge. Contacted Customer Service and they replaced them under warranty without any problems. Just received them and they work great. Never had a warranty claim processed so quickly.

Headphones

The headphones got here faster than expected, but one of the headphones doesn't work and I shouldn't have to do extra tasks to get it to work when I just open the box.

Left earbud didn't work

Bought these a few weeks ago they fit very well and had solid construction but unfortunately the left earbud would not charge or turn on. Had to return them and go with something else.

Extra eartips

One didn't work

Got the ear buds in the mail charged them up and the left side didn't work. After looking at reviews it seems like this isa common problem. Company should do something to get this issue fixed.
